Full demolition and strip-out, reinstatement of masonry works, execution of screeds, installation of sanitary systems, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as electrical installations (HV/LV), followed by the installation of hard floor finishes (tiling, stone) and soft floor finishes.
The works also include painting and final finishes, as well as metalworks, including guardrails and bespoke metal joinery.
